Porcilla Dythos, a clerk with as little time as she has patience

Porcilla Dythos is an Imperial employee of the Census and Excise Office. At the time of your arrival in Old Ebonheart, she is (slowly) dealing with a long queue of disgruntled individuals, seeking to declare goods to the customs agents.

Outside of her office, an infuriated member of Great House Indoril, Rother Nerevyn, has had his goods impounded due to a technicality. He will have you take up his case with Porcilla as part fo the quest, On What Customs!. Porcilla appears to have a grudge against his house, stating that members "could use a few knocks down off their throne".
