Orblos

Orblos is a Wood Elf Warrior who assists with the protection of the Hlaalu Council Manor in Andothren. He additionally features in the Fighters Guild quest Theft from Above as the Bosmer responsible for an especially acquisitive cliff racer that has been robbing market stalls in the city. The damning evidence in this case comes from the unique book, How to Train Your Cliff Racer, found within Orblos' house near the Council Manor.

Orblos appears to care dearly for his pet, becoming quite upset if you kill it during the course of your investigation. You may choose not to report him, in which case he will give you a small reward. If ultimately unveiled as the thief however, the resulting punishment will see him sent to Ushu-Kur Mine, where he may later be encountered.
