Ma'Shavir

Ma'Shavir is an Ohmes-raht Khajiit savant and Steward of the East Empire Company who can be found at the counter in the entrance of the company headquarters in Old Ebonheart. He sells a limited amount of history books and maps. He is also a medium trainer in Mercantile, Speechcraft, and Security.

He wears an extravagant shirt, a pair of expensive pants, and a pair of exquisite shoes. He wields an Orcish dagger, and carries 15 gold and the books that he sells.

Like all Ohmes-raht Khajiit, he can see well in the dark, demoralize others for short periods, and has a natural resistance to paralysis, but otherwise knows no spells.
