Lleros Drothan is a Dark Elf pilgrim found stranded upon a sandy island to the southeast of Sailen. Though near-death on your approach, you can supply him with water to revive him slightly, in which case he will mention Sailen.
Help for Lleros can be found in Sailen, with associate Saryn Arns granting you supplies to properly revive Lleros. The Dark Elf explains that he had been traveling from Necrom to Sailen by boat when it sank, losing the sacred Nixtooth of Amar-Sin that he carried in the process.
On being carried to Sailen by the gondolier, Foras Indaren, Lleros will deliver the relic to the temple and reside there for his recovery.
