Lazare Pajaud

Lazare Pajaud is a Breton Smuggler encountered during Proud to be Buoyant. He appears during this behind the tradehouse building in Hlaalu Ferry, and is in negotiations with a thief, Brelan Drethos, for the glass blade Brelan carries. If informed of the full story, Lazare is somewhat put out to learn that the blade belonged to a Buoyant Armiger, and decides against the purchase - more on the grounds of fearing retribution than out of any distaste for stolen items. As he puts it, "an Armiger's weapon would do nicely in my collection, but I'm not suicidal." Withdrawing from the bid, Lazare will instead ask that you bring him exotic weaponry, and will even grant you a Dwemer weapon as a goodwill gesture.
