Hafinsil

Hafinsil is a High Elf Savant found within the Zafirbel Bay Company building in Helnim. He is one of the many people that you may come into contact with during The Great River quest. Hafinsil has promised to make a donation to Tien Ha'zan's printing department, but hasn't - he will only commit to doing so on being delivered an Exquisite Telvanni Hat. While he will later admit that he was intentionally sending you on what he thought to be a wild goose chase, Hafinsil will honor his word - and additionally, will put on the hat.
