On the delta islands northwest of Old Ebonheart |
Ules Ancestral Tomb is an expansive tomb on the Thirr River that contains a sacred relic of St. Felms.
The tomb is situated on the largest island in the Thirr delta, just west of Old Ebonheart. It is unusual, in that it has a caretaker in the first chamber, Galom Ules, who will warn you against robbing the tomb. If the player plunders the Ice Ward of St. Felms, then Galom will turn hostile, summoning a Greater Bonewalker to assist him.
The Ice Ward is the main attraction of this tomb, being a valuable and powerful helmet. This can be found locked within a triolith in the final chamber. The key to the triolith is in the ash pit in the same room, partly concealed under an Indoril Savior Helmet. Beware that unlocking the triolith will summon a Bonelord behind the player.
Exploring[edit]
Once the player descends the stairs from Galom Ules' chamber, they will have a choice of the passage on the left, the door ahead to the central chamber, or the passage on the right.
- The rightmost passage contains a Bonelord and a Skeleton. One of the rooms has a very large array of quality potions. Another room contains a Shrine of St Felms.
- The central chamber contains a Bonelord, a Skeleton, and a copy of The Gospel of Saint Rilms.
- The leftmost passage contains
- a Lesser and Greater Bonewalker, and a number of Ancestor Ghosts.
- The Short Blade Skill Book: The 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 10
- Access to the final chamber, through a level 50 locked door.
- The final chamber contains:
- The Ice Ward of St Felms, a sacred artifact that provides 50% frost resistance, and deals frost damage & frost weakness to enemies on hit. This is locked in the triolith.
- The Gospel of Saint Felms.
- A selection of gems in the western corner, including opal, black pearl, peridot and sapphire.
- Further gems within the triolith, including peridot, amethyst, emerald and ruby.
- The valuable book, King Edward, Part III, in the southern corner.
