Elandad is a small flooded hilltop cavern and rat nest.
To get here, leave Omaynis by its eastern exit and follow the road southeast. Just before the path bends west, travel uphill along the eastern branch instead. Elandad will be at the top of the hill.
Besides the rats, there is little to disturb you here. The skeleton of an unknown individual lies chained to a rock in the southeastern passage - a nearby note indicating likely Camonna Tong involvement.
