Cyrtus Clagno, poor in wealth but not in dreams

Cyrtus Clagno is an Imperial commoner and resident of Old Ebonheart's poor district. He features in the Imperial Cult quest, Theft of Brass, as the thief of a number of brass and wooden tokens needed for the performance of the Mystery Play of Old Ebonheart. Notes in his house indicate that he has been having some strange dreams.

Upon entering his house, he will immediately teleport away, saying this:

"Not like this! Numidium Lux!"

He will appear dead on the bridge leading to the Dwemer ruin of Bthung, with the stolen brass tokens in a sack nearby as well as a unique Dwemer shortsword called Dwemer's Folly.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He wields a wooden mace and carries 11 gold.

Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
