Vermethys Llenim processes certificates in the Council Club

Quick Walkthrough

1. Approach the guard, Athando Andas, outside Andothren's Southwestern Guard Tower.
2. (optional) Speak to another guard about the Certificate of Credibility.
3. Talk to Vermethys Llenim in the Council Club on the west side of Andothren.
4. Either:
   • Pay in gold for your certificate.
   • Leave the club.
   • Kill your attackers in the club.

Notes

• There is a hidden 'Sway' check running during the Council Club encounter that can convince Vermethys to let you go without a fight. It relies on your character's Personality, Speechcraft, Luck, Fatigue, and Vermethys' disposition.
• Vermethys will take up to 10,000 gold, if you have that much in your possession.

10		I was stopped on the street today by one of the Andothren city guards. He told me I did not have some document that is required for all travelers in the area. He let me go with a warning and said I must go to the Council Club in the western part of Andothren to get my paperwork in order as soon as possible.
30		I went to the Council Club to get my travel papers in order. It was a Camonna Tong establishment, and it turns out there is no such thing as a Certificate of Credibility. It was all a ruse meant to lure foreigners and rob them.
35	Finishes quest	The Camonna Tong enforcers took my gold and sent me on my way. They also gave me a worthless 'Certificate of Credulity'.
40	Finishes quest	The Camonna Tong enforcers wanted my gold, but I did not let them have it. I killed them instead.
45	Finishes quest	The Camonna Tong enforcers wanted gold, but I did not have enough to satisfy them. They kicked me out of the Council Club with a warning and said I did not belong in Andothren. They also gave me a worthless 'Certificate of Credulity'.
50	Finishes quest	The Camonna Tong enforcers wanted my gold, but I escaped the Council Club without getting robbed.
60	Finishes quest	The Camonna Tong enforcers wanted my gold, but I convinced them to let me go.
70	Finishes quest	Nobody seems to have heard about this so-called Certificate of Credibility. The guard I spoke to must have been a fraud.
