Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Diranya at the Crossing of the Lamps in Roa Dyr about her investigation.
2. In Vhul, speak to Lloryno Norom, Sodeen and Crotobar Plebo about Syvvit Tong rumors.
3. Search Ienasa Llothil's house for Punavit.
   • Blackmail Ienasa Llothil over the Punavit with 40+ Speechcraft.
4. Speak to Seran Dreth with 50+ disposition, and make a deal.
5. Search Dolyn Volor's house for his journal.
   • Blackmail Dolyn Volor with his journal, revealing Seran's betrayal.
6. Return to Diranya to present your results.

Notes

• You can find Lloryno Norom in the temple, Sodeen and Ienasa Llothil at the market, Crotobar Plebo in the Howling Hound (and Dolyn Valor outside of it), and Seran Dreth in the Watcher Cornerclub.
• Lloryno Norom's rumor about the Hlaalu agent is a red herring, and no evidence can be found to support this.
• You will be rewarded with the armor and 300 gold if you fail to blackmail both individuals - the journal and punavit jug are evidence enough for this lower-tier reward.

10		Diranya, a representative of Lord Indoril Ilvi, has sent me to investigate the Syvvit Tong in Vhul. My primary objective is to uncover any potential link between the tong and House Hlaalu. My secondary objective is to report any crimes individual tong members may have committed.
50		Diranya is dead. The investigation into the Syvvit Tong cannot continue.
100	Finishes quest	I denied that the Syvvit Tong had done anything wrong. Diranya was unimpressed, paying me only a paltry sum for my efforts.
200	Finishes quest	I presented the evidence I gathered to Diranya. Ienasa Llothil will be facing punishment for the theft as well as for drinking punavit illegally. The Syvvit Tong as a whole, however, has been declared innocent of Hlaalu collaboration. As a reward, I was given a set of Chev-Aram armor by Diranya.
300	Finishes quest	I presented the evidence I gathered to Diranya. Dolyn Volor will be arrested and held until the crimes detailed within his journal can be verified. The Syvvit Tong as a whole, however, has been declared innocent of Hlaalu collaboration. As a reward, I was given a set of Chev-Aram armor by Diranya.
400	Finishes quest	I presented the evidence I gathered to Diranya. Ienasa Llothil will be facing punishment for not just stealing, but drinking punavit. Dolyn Volor will be arrested and held until the crimes detailed within his journal can be verified. The Syvvit Tong as a whole, however, has been declared innocent of Hlaalu collaboration. As a reward, I was given a set of Chev-Aram armor by Diranya as well as 300 gold.
500	Finishes quest	I presented Dolyn Volor's written denunciation of the Syvvit Tong to Diranya. She was shocked by what she read and decided that the Syvvit Tong should be forcibly disbanded. As a reward, I was given access to Roa Dyr's services and given a set of Chev-Aram armor.
600	Finishes quest	I presented Dolyn Volor's written denunciation of the Syvvit Tong as well as evidence of Ienasa Llothil's punavit theft to Diranya. She was shocked by what she read in the letter and decided that the Syvvit Tong should be forcibly disbanded. She acknowledged the punavit theft, but seemed relatively unconcerned. As a reward, I was given access to Roa Dyr's services and given a set of Chev-Aram armor.

10		I heard a rumor that a Hlaalu agent has been seen frequenting the Watcher Cornerclub, an establishment also frequented by members of the Syvvit Tong.
20		Vavis Danvon denied that any Hlaalu agents have ever visited the Watcher Cornerclub.

10		I heard a rumor that Seran Dreth, an administrator of the Syvvit Tong, has been secretly channeling the guild's funds to Hlaalu agents operating in Indoril territory.
20		When enquiring about the guild's funds, Seran Dreth suspected that I was working for Indoril Ilvi. Fearing my investigation was the harbinger for the downfall of the Syvvit Tong, she offered to reveal compromising information on Dolyn Volor, a Tong higher-up,
30		I refused to pay Seran Dreth's bribe.
40		After I paid her bribe, Seran Dreth told me about Dolyn Volor's secret. Apparently, he used to be an outlaw, and keeps a journal somewhere in his house from that period of time. According to Dreth, if I get my hands on that journal, I can use it to blackmail him into turning against the Tong.
50		I found a journal detailing Dolyn Volor's past as a criminal.
55		I decided to return Dolyn Volor's journal to him.
60		I failed to blackmail Dolyn Volor into denouncing the Syvvit Tong. He claims he would rather face his crimes than betray the Tong.
70		I blackmailed Dolyn Volor into denouncing the Syvvit Tong. In return for his journal, he provided me with a written note accusing many of the other Tong leaders of a myriad of treasonous crimes.

40		I failed to blackmail Ienasa Llothil into giving me a fresh jug of punavit.
