Brisk-Wind

Brisk-Wind is an Argonian journalist who can be found on the second floor of The Ebonheart Bellman office in Old Ebonheart. She writes lifestyle and general interest stories for the newspaper, and is interested in creating a new literary column. Conjur, the head of staff at the Zafirbel Bay Company in Helnim, is eager to contribute to the column and will ask you to deliver his book review to Brisk-Wind.
