Belas Kasihan in Tel Darys

Belas Kasihan is a Dark Elf nightblade and Lawman of House Telvanni working for Mistress Eldale in the lower tower of Tel Darys in Gah Sadrith. She deals with all Eldale's financial matters, so is well-placed to influence both Eldale and all the local traders if somebody displays the right manners.

She wears an expensive robe with matching shoes. She wields an Iron Flameblade, and carries 2 Quality Restore Health potions, a Quality Restore Fatigue potion, and 100 gold.
