Quick Walkthrough

1. Read the journal in the basement of Gorne's guard tower.
2. Talk to Idav Theryn about the 'foreign hawker', outside the Emerald Haven Inn in Gorne.
3. Talk to Rellus Delano about the 'foreign hawker' at the Gorne docks.
4. Go to the trader's shop in Seitur, and confront Julie.
5. Either accept her deal (for a description of basic potion recipes), or fight her until she agrees to be escorted to the nearest guard.
6. If you refuse to aid Julie and succeed in stopping her, return to Ravos Sorvalith in Gorne for a reward.

Notes

• It is not necessary to complete The Gorne Guard's Getaway for this quest to begin, but it must at least be in your journal.
• The key to the guard tower's basement is found as part of The Gorne Guard's Getaway quest.
• Rellus Delano can take you to Enamor Dayn. Seitur is along the road north of that location.

20		Idav Theryn, Gorne's resident farmer, bought a potion from the foreign hawker under the impression it would make his work easier. Instead, it gave him Swamp Rot.
30		Rellus Delano said that the dumb hawker took a boat to the mainland, intending to visit Seitur. Her name is Julie.
40	Finishes quest	I found Julie in Seitur. When confronted about her diseased potions, she proclaimed herself the best alchemist in Tamriel, offering to teach me secret recipes if I promised to keep quiet. I accepted, and will now be able to learn Julie's recipes.
50		I found Julie in Seitur. When confronted about her diseased potions, she immediately tried bribing me with "secret recipes". I steadfastly refused the offer, and she attacked me.
60	Finishes quest	Overwhelmed by Julie's might, I was forced to flee. When I returned, she was gone. Unfortunately, she will probably continue practicing alchemy.
61	Finishes quest	I lost sight of Julie and she escaped. Unfortunately, she will probably continue practicing alchemy.
62	Finishes quest	Outstanding issues with the law got in the way. Unfortunately, Julie will probably continue practicing alchemy.
63	Finishes quest	Outstanding issues with the law got in the way, and I couldn't turn Julie in.
70		Julie surrendered to me in battle. I should bring her to the nearest guard and turn her in.
80	Finishes quest	I turned the foreign hawker in. Hopefully she will find a more suitable line of work.
90	Finishes quest	The foreign hawker has died.
100	Finishes quest	I told Ravos Sorvalith that Julie would no longer trouble the people of Gorne. He gave me a special title and hat.
