Alvur Omaril, a mad king of mudcrabs

"We do not recognize you, land-dweller. Welcome to the Court of Rabawia! You stand before the King of the Lake! State your business."

Alvur Omaril is a Dunmer trader who has taken up residence in Rabawia Grotto since his exile for unknown reasons:

"Once I was a mere commoner named %Name -- a pearl diver and a scout. The people of my village cast me out. I have forgotten what for. In my grief I dived deeper than I ever had, hoping to drown. But the mudcrabs would not let me die. They found me and brought me to this grotto. They built me this throne of rock and driftwood, and crowned me their king -- the King of the Lake!"

While by most measures, mad, Alvur's relationship with the mudcrabs seems to be genuinely useful, and among his wares are some exceedingly valuable items, including Adamantium and Ebony weapons, Dreugh Armor pieces, and Raw Glass.
