Alcedo Nirol is an Imperial Priest who appears in Firewatch during the quest The Schemer's Ringlet. In this, he has only recently arrived from the Imperial City, but has already exposed evidence of extortion attempts by another priest of the Imperial Cult, Ladia Tunifus. Ladia will request that you alter the evidence that he has collated to implicate Alcedo instead, and if you follow through on this, Alcedo will be arrested.
You may alternatively inform Alcedo of Ladia's schemes, and he will decide that the evidence he has is best delivered to the guards before any mishaps can occur. In this case, Ladia will be arrested and Alcedo will move from The Howling Noose to the Grand Chapel of Akatosh, taking her place.
