Akser Arobar is a Dark Elf Warrior and the captain of a House Redoran patrol that has secretly ensconced itself within the old Velothi tower of Shalmurat, which watches over the Hlaalu-governed settlement of Menaan. He is most likely to be encountered during the Fighters Guild quest For a Few Pieces of Iron, where in the event of your hostile intrusion, he will die in the patrol's defense.
