A Partial Attempt to Quantify the range of Azhidals Vision effect[edit]
Form ID is 40270e9
So, the range extension is still not very clear, but I have some information on it. If anyone that understands this better than me wants to correct any of this, feel free.
If you have the Rune Master Perk, it appears you will get a 20 unit extension. If you dont have any Perks, it appears to only be 4 units.
For the Atronachs, there could be up to 3 values applied. 8, 24, 24. The range is extended based on what summoner perks you have.
I dont know if am interpreting this correctly but. It appears as if No perks? > 8 units Summoner1 > 12 Units Summoner2 > 24 units.
- For Magic Runes it increases it by 20ft, regardless of perks. For Magic Summons it increases it by 24ft, regardless of perks. Basically all the unclear parts are negating the perks because the spell range is added to the base spell range.
- Logic summary:
-
- For RuneMaster
- If no Rune Master perk, add 20ft to anything with the MagicRune keyword. (For reference the default MagicRune distance before perks is also 20ft)
- If has Rune Master perk(x5 multiplier), add 4ft to anything with the MagicRune keyword. For a net result of 4ft*5=20ft.
- For Summoner
- If no Summoner30 or Summoner70 perk, add 24ft to anything with the MagicSummon* keywords seen in the spell tab of the perk entry (For reference the default MagicSummon* distance before perks is also 24ft, though there is a 50ft version but I can't figure out where it is used)
- If has Summoner70 perk(x3 multiplier), then add 8ft to anything with the MagicSummon* keywords. For a net result of 8ft*3=24ft
- If has Summoner30(x2 multiplier) but not Summoner70, then add 12ft to anything with the MagicSummon* keywords. For a net result of 12ft*2=24ft
- For RuneMaster
