The Core Game module is required to play Skyrim - The Adventure Game and was released on January 12th, 2023. It contains the most vital components, including the game board, rulebooks, and dice, with enough parts to support up to 4 players. It also contains the Legendary Expansion, which was unlocked during the game's crowdfunding campaign.

The Campaigns included in the Core Game module are The Blades and Civil War, as well as a short Tutorial mission set before the game's main stories.
