Several Afflicted using the Vile Vapor shout

Vile Vapor is an exclusive shout used in combat by the Afflicted during The Only Cure. Dawnguard adds the Reaper^DG, who also has this ability.

When provoked, both the Afflicted and the Reaper will vomit poisonous fog at you, which does lingering health damage. The "wind up" of the ability is rather slow, and as a result it is quite easy to dodge, even if surrounded by them. Unless you are playing on difficulty levels Expert or higher, the poison damage also is low (only 40 points), which can be negated with cure poison potions or custom potions through alchemy and items enchanted with poison resistance, worn before exposure.

This shout is unavailable to the player and cannot be obtained in any way over the course of the game without the use of console commands
