This Thief is a dead Bosmer found in the forest south-southwest of Half-Moon Mill. He was evidently killed by wolves, evidenced by the scattered arrows and wolf carcasses surrounding him. His pet fox Sweet Roll can be found standing over his corpse, and is the target of the related quest.

He carries some ill-gotten treasure as well as the Thief's Journal and five sweet rolls. You will need to read his journal as part of the related quest (although beware, as it is bugged).
