Rulnik Wind-Strider

Rulnik Wind-Strider is a Nord sorcerer located at the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun. He appears during the quest A Dying Wish, and can be recruited as a follower afterward. He can also be appointed as a personal steward. Once he's recruited as a follower, he can be traded with to obtain Rulnik's Dagger.

At the start of his quest he will stay at the Temple, wounded. After the completion of the quest, assuming he survived, he will start wandering around the temple beginning at 6AM each day. At noon he will head out into Whiterun and wander the city instead. At 6PM he will visit The Bannered Mare, where he will spend the next twelve hours engaging in the activities available there. At 6AM he will return to the temple, and his schedule will repeat.

He wears a set of Expert Robes of Alteration and a pair of boots.
