Detailed Walkthrough

You will have to head to Raven Rock and speak to Aphia Velothi:

I understand a temple Curate has gone missing.

"It would seem so."

She will hand you the Curate's plea. The objective says to return to Skyrim and find Curate Melita in Kagrenzel. You can circumvent this entire location and simply head to Stony Creek Cave. She's tied up in the waterfall chamber all the way at the back of the cave. There'll be the options to either save her or end her life. The Mask Of Sotha Sil can be acquired with both options. If her life is spared however she will return to Ashfall's Tear as an Apothecary Vendor.

Notes

• Her location intersects with other creation content. The bandits and bandit chief carrying the Ruin's Edge Bow and the Blissbug In A Jar from Saints and Seducers will all be in this same location together.
