Grieving Survivor

In one of the cells northeast of the portal to Ghast's Pass is a woman named Helena. She tells you that she had been imprisoned for so long she had nearly given up hope but that she can't leave until she has found the identity of the assassin who murdered her family.

Journal of Death

Inside a chest in a small room to the west of the entrance to the citadel, there is a journal along with 300 gold. It tells the story of a man named Perosius, who recorded 'aesthetic details' of assassinations he performed.

Sworn Vengeance

Return to Helena with the journal. She reads it tearfully and says that "Someday I will find him. My family... I... can then rest in peace." For your trouble you receive a hug and 2,400XP.
