General Duvais is the leader of Skyrim's forces attacking Dragonstar. His name crops up throughout the game: in a Letter of Introduction, as the author of a Note of Payment, and finally as the target of a quest.

Although his forces besiege Dragonstar from the east, he is currently trying to establish a foothold in Loth' Na Caverns, to the west. He carries one of the eleven Shadowkeys.
