Egrien Stout

Egrien Stout is the owner and proprietor of a store in the northwest of the zone named after him, tucked against the mountains near the point where Skyrim, Hammerfell and High Rock meet.

He is the shopkeeper that sells end game equipment. The other shopkeepers in the game are Gravel Throthgar, the shopkeeper for the lowest tier equipment, and Wendek Freetalker, the mid-tier equipment vendor. If you are able to help out an old friend of his he will reduce his prices by 20%.
