"Arkay's Fertility Statue heals weary travelers in southern Stros M'kai." —The Redguard Companion

The Arkay Fertility Statue, more correctly known as the Morwha Fertility Statue, is a large red statue of conflicting identity that stands in a secluded area of southern Stros M'Kai. It is just west of the road leading from the city to Saintsport. If you are heading south, the unmarked path to the statue diverges right before the Observatory, cutting over toward the road up to the Dwarven Ruins.

If you stand in front of it, you can offer one gold to be healed 10 points. A nearby elite guard will attack regardless of whether you're wanted by the Imperials.

Despite the name, the statue depicts Morwha, a Yokudan fertility goddess. The name "Arkay Fertility Statue" (also "Arkay's Fertility Statue") comes from The Redguard Companion and it is called Arkay in the game files. It matches the description of Morwha found in Varieties of Faith in the Empire, although this book first appeared in Morrowind: "Morwha (Teat God): Yokudan fertility goddess. Fundamental deity in the Yokudan pantheon, and the favorite of Tall Papa's wives. Still worshipped in various areas of Hammerfell, including Stros M'kai. Morwha is always portrayed as four-armed, so that she can 'grab more husbands'." The statue is indeed four-armed, with four spears and a gold-plated shield on its back.
