Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Hadnar White-Wind to get more information on the bounty.
2. Find Rakan in the Sur-Rata Caverns. You can find this by going into The Dancing Saber: Tavern, Den and go into the Karthwasten Caverns behind a hidden door. The Sur-Rata Caverns will be on your left.
3. Warn Rakan about the bounty, kill him and the Sur-Rata or bring Rakan in peacefully.
4. Return to Hadnar.

Quest Stages

The following Journal ID and Index codes can be used with the Journal console command to manually update the quest to a certain point.

40		I captured Rakan, the wanted criminal.
50		I killed Rakan, the wanted criminal.
60	Finishes quest	I told Hadnar White-Wind that Rakan was nowhere to be found in the caves below Karthwasten.
70	Finishes quest	Hadnar White-Wind rewarded me for capturing Rakan.
80	Finishes quest	Hadnar White-Wind rewarded me for disposing of Rakan.

10		I eradicated Karthwasten's Sogat Dur-Gada cell as per Hadnar White-Wind's orders.
