Uricalimo

Uricalimo is an Imperial Pilgrim. He is an individual that was once trusted by the Itinerant Priest, Alsia Juvanus, and he is referenced in two of her quests (Changing Seasons and Lost Stars) before finally appearing in Sinweaver. In this, he shows up in the small village of Archad, rapidly gaining the trust of the villagers with the intention of gaining a fair few of their possessions. Alsia will task you with confronting him before he lures in anybody else. Uricalimo is defiant:

"So the righteous have come to cast judgement, have they? But before you brand me a villain, consider this: the people of Archad want what I offer. They crave the knowledge I bring, the truths they've never heard from you tired old priests."

Uricalimo bears the unique sword Sinweaver, and will give it to you before leaving the town - either as payment for his life, or in disgust at how the crowd have been turned against him.
