Ledaia Pelladia

Ledaia Pelladia is an Imperial Noble found on the balcony of the Sunset Hotel in Charach. A proud woman of storied Colovian lineage, she has traveled to the island with the aim of restoring her family's good name, and seeks your help in recovering relics belonging to it:

"Once, Colovia was strong and free from foreign and Nibenese influences. If we are to stand tall today, we must have something to remember those times by. Seek my heirlooms. Come back when you have found them."

Ledaia claims to have once been on Stirk isle before - presumably when the last of her family left it, sixty years ago. She is remembered by the two members of the ruling Telvor family in very different ways, with Astoria Telvor recalling the times that the two played together as girls, and Villina Telvor dismissing her as not of any concern.

The old woman's arrival in Charach has nonetheless stirred the attention of someone notable and wealthy - somebody capable of hiring an individual to obstruct your collection of the Pelladia relics, with Vilter's Assignment implying that they are close enough to events on Stirk to know that Ledaia has hired you.
