By order of Cocious Hassell, Prefect of Stirk,

Let it hereby be known that, by and according to the Imperial Decree of 3E 39, any and all act of unauthorized piracy are forbidden by Imperial Law, and that any citizen of the Empire to be found guilty of piracy, or abetting piracy, or involved in piracy in any way, will be suject [sic] to harsh penalty and punishment.

Let it also be known that the Prefecture of Stirk offers a reward to any and all citizens who can offer information in regards to the plague of piracy on the Abecean Sea, in especial where it concerns the outlaw captain known as Iarnu.

Let it furthermore be known that any informers, or citizens of valor and ability who wish to offer their aid in this affair, are to adress [sic] their inquiries to Syro Neminus in Town Hall.
