"associating with same"

Per this can someone provide an example of this phrase in use? I've never heard "same" being used in this way, and I'm still 100% convinced it's a typo in this instance. —Legoless (talk) 15:29, 22 March 2015 (GMT)

Basically, a sentence or paragraph describes a type of person, and then links anyone who works with them. For example, police tend to arrest members of illegal groups such as mafia, gangs, or racketeers, or anyone associating with same. The RICO act makes it illegal to perform certain activities, or to do business with those who perform those activities. That's basically what this note is saying. Members of the Veiled Heritance are to watch out, and so is anyone who associates with them, even if they themselves aren't a member. Which collection?

This document is listed in the Online:Notes page but its infobox say Online:Handbills, Posters, and Decrees. I do not have a character with Eidetic Memory, could someone please check it out. --Rhynchelma (talk) 07:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)

So this document should be added to Online:Handbills, Posters, and Decrees? Strange that it has been omitted. Additionally, is there a definitive single list of Eidetic Memory documents? Rhynchelma, I think there have been small adjustments and changes to Eidetic Memory collections where the books have moved around, sometimes perhaps removed or new ones added. I'm not sure how old the "UESP versions" are. For example, Handbills, etc are supposed to contain 112 books according to live. The Devoted and the Deranged now have 94, instead of 79... Unfortunately we haven't had anyone to go through these and check them for updates. Tib (talk) 11:05, 9 June 2016 (UTC)

I don't know whether it's complete and up-to-date or not, but the ESO log books list has a "collectionIndex" entry for each book which should indicate which collection any book is part of. You'd need an index index to find out which number is which though. --Enodoc (talk) 16:35, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
