Zalapu

Zalapu is a Khajiit who can be found in Rawl'kha. She is the crier of the city and you'll find her announcing the crimes and punishment of Finedrin at stockade in the center of town.She cannot be interacted with.

Dialogue

Zalapu: "The Wood Elf known as Finedrin has been found guilty of the following crimes …."

Zalapu: "Stealing rotten tomatoes and other refuse from stablemaster Semiral's midden-heap…."

Zalapu: "Dumping said refuse on the head of the Altmer commander, Faruin during his visit to the clanmother …."

Zalapu: "And finally, knocking over the cart of Atrius the merchant while attempting to avoid capture."

Zalapu: "For all of these crimes, this one sentences him to the stocks until such time as he shows proper repentance."

Notes

• There is a character in the game called Faruin, however she is a female Bosmer Vinedusk Ranger and civil servant, not a male Altmer commander.
