The Xivilai Fulminator

The Xivilai Fulminator is a Xivilai miniboss summoned as the final boss of the western ritual site in the Knives of Discord in City of Ash II. During combat, they can summon Storm Atronachs, and are the counterpart of the Xivilai Boltaic.
