Nathalye Ervine will ask you to find her husband and their dog. When you find the dog near a ruined tower after blowing the whistle, you can follow him to Ignobert's location:

"<Xandier bounces back and forth under your hand. He looks like he wants you to follow.>"

<Follow the dog.>

If you try to interact with the dog before finding Ignobert:

"<Xander makes a sad sound as he looks to the north.>"

Once you have found Ignobert:

"<Xandier barks excitedly.>"

Once you have helped Ignobert, Xandier can later be found with his owners at Camp Tamrith.

"<Xandier wags his tail happily.>"
