The Wild Witch can be randomly encountered out in the world, where she is having a duel to the death with a Sorcerer. If she wins, the Wild Witch will walk a few feet away and create a portal to leave, warning you to stay away as she is not in the mood.

The Wild Witch can appear in several locations ^{[verification needed — may only appear in this zone]}, some of these are:

• Alik'r Desert - Just outside Sentinel.
• Bangkorai - Near the Old Tower.
