A group of Trinimac Priests can also be found inside the Temple of Ire inside the Temple Rectory during A King-Sized Problem. They have no unique dialogue.

Dialogue

Prior to finishing the main quest he'll greet you with any of the following, if you are not an Orc:

"You don't have to have tusks to hear the truth of Trinimac!"

"Trinimac blesses us all, even if we aren't all Orcs."

"It's not your fault you weren't born an Orc. Trinimac blesses you anyway."

"Trinimac knows that deep down, we're all Orcs at heart."

"Trinimac smiles on everyone, Orcs and non-Orcs alike!"

Otherwise he'll say:

"Champion of Orsinium, it is an honor to meet you. May I bestow upon you Trinimac's blessing?"

I'm willing to hear more about Trinimac.

"Then listen well and I'll tell you about the greatness of Trinimac! His eyes see far and wide, and tremendous is his power!"

[Intimidate] Prove you aren't one of the Vosh Rakh pretenders and bestow upon me Trinimac's true blessing!

"May Trinimac's light ignite the fire of your spirit! Your enemies will flee at the sight of his holy might!"

I thought Malacath was the lord of the Orcs? Isn't Trinimac just a false god?

"A false god? No. Even though Malacath's followers have won the day, Trinimac still walks beside us.
If you accept his blessing, Trinimac's favor will be as a sword by your side, ready to smite your enemies and protect your allies."

Once you receive the blessing, he'll only reply with:

"Trinimac has already smiled upon you. May his blessing serve you well in all your adventures!"

Bugs

• If you back out of dialogue after having selected the first opening option, where you are brought to the stage with the Persuade option, when talking with the priest again, there will not be an option to lead back to this same stage and he will perform his ending dialogue as if he had blessed you, while this isn't the case.
