Assist Walks-Under-Shadow with performing the final rites

An Argonian named Walks-Under-Shadow asked me to retrieve something called the Nightwielder's Tome from Xi-Tsei. Retrieving the tome will help him perform the proper rites for a nisswo priest named Nesh-Tei who died trying to find it.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Nightwielder's Tome

Walks-Under-Shadow can be found in a small ruined building to the south of the Silent Halls. Speaking with him, you will learn that he was an apprentice to Nisswo Nesh-Tei who died while trying to retrieve a powerful book from the clutches of the Sul-Xan who roam the ruins of Xi-Tsei. Once you have agreed to help you can head south to Xi-Tsei. When you have entered the delve, enter the Xanmeer and head to the northeast area of the map. The book; known as the Nightwielder's Tome can be found on a ledge behind a pair of Sul-Xan Naga who will be seated on a bench. Once you have the book in hand, you can leave the delve and return to Walks-Under-Shadow.

Talk to Walks-Under-Shadow to hand over the book:

"Ah, you return.
I hope you did not have too much trouble. I feel as though something has shifted. Sithis has ushered in change. Tell me, did you find the Nightwielder's Tome?"

Here it is. The Nightwielder's Tome.

"I will see it safely tucked away with the Clutch of Nisswo. Your reward, as promised.
Now, I must perform my rites as soul tender. You may observe, if you wish. It would honor him to have another in attendance."

After completing the quest, you can stay and watch as Walks-Under-Shadow peforms the rites.
