With the discovery of our operative, we have moved up the time table [sic] to strike against Alinor. Key payments have been made and the protective wards around the palace will be dispelled. We have a narrow window, but a window we shall have. Our forces have massed from across the Dominion. The time to move is now.

The Proxy Queen represents all that is wrong with the Aldmeri Dominion. A puppet ruler unwilling to use her power to finish the Three Banners War once and for all. The "Adventurer Queen" Ayrenn is little better, happy to traipse across the countryside rather than rule and make the hard decisions.
