The Gracious Beacon causes wisps to fall from above the player dealing continuous moderate magical damage in an area as indicated by red circles.

Summon Bandits

If not killed quickly enough, her wisps will possess nearby dead Bandit Berserkers, Bandit Bruisers, Bandit Rangers and Bandit Thundermauls.
