Ambodhel says Molag Bal's minions are burning the Elven Gardens to the ground, destroying many long-standing structures. He gave me an enchanted crystal that can emit a freezing gale and extinguish the fires.

Molag Bal's elite Xivkyn are burning people in the Elven Gardens.
