The Boatman's Tail

The Boatman's Tail is the inn in the northwestern Mistral. It is a Khajiiti-style building with an open-air tavern on the ground floor and a room upstairs. The tavern houses a brewer's bar stand on the right and a chef's kitchen on the left. Two cooking fires are located beside the chef, and are available for making food and drinks. An Outdated Dominion Broadsheet and a Basic Provisioning Guide are sitting on the brewer's counter. Molwen and Vincano can be encountered here.

The bard is playing on the balcony, next to a table with a pamphlet sitting on top of it. The innkeeper resides in the room upstairs. Another Outdated Dominion Broadsheet is on the table by the door, next to Alessio Guillon. A cat named Hansee is next to him. Two beggars are located behind the inn. A laborer is bound in front of the inn, having been apprehended by a nearby guard.
