Tarhiel Farano is a Dark Elf who dies after falling a large distance from a failed spell. He can be found at various points across the Telvanni Peninsula.

• "I made a terrible mistake!"

• "Aim for something soft!"

After dying, he attacks you in ghost form:

• "Keep laughing. My descendants will perfect my spell, but you won't be around to see them."
• "Do you think that's funny? I'll teach you to laugh at progress!"

Notes

• Tarhiel Farano is a reference to the Wood Elf Tarhiel from Morrowind, whose predicament has become a running gag in the series.
