The Storm Incarnate is an Incarnate transformed into a living embodiment of storm as a natural disaster by Sister Celdina with the use of the Riven Cataclyst. It summoned by Sister Celdina deep within Fort Grief, after Valkynaz Nokvroz leaves via a portal.

Skills and Abilities[edit]

At the start of combat, the Storm Incarnate is invulnerable, shielded by four Cataclyst Vessels situated around the arena. A first one must be destroyed to start the fight, at which point the others are protected. Each time the Incarnate reaches 40% health of its total health, it becomes invulnerable again, and another vessel must be destroyed. Each time this occurs, the Incarnate regains around 47% of its health the first time, 31% the second time, and 12% the third time. Most of its abilities become modified when vessels are destroyed.

Discharge
The first ability used in the fight, and used once more every time a vessel is destroyed. The Storm Incarnate only ceases to be invulnerable after this ability is over. The Storm Incarnate floats off the ground and starts to glow with energy, charging itself, indicated by a massive and slowly growing red circle that eventually covers the entire arena. In the meantime, thunderstrikes fill the arena, indicated by smaller red circles, dealing moderate shock damage each.
Once the main circle fills up, a huge explosion goes off, dealing massive shock damage. To avoid this, take shelter in the bubble that Rynkyus conjures up. After the second and third vessels are destroyed, Waking Flame Whirlwinds will be summoned into the arena to harass targets during this phase. After the last vessel is destroyed, a Storm Atronach is summoned instead.
Quick Strike
A basic melee attack that deals low physical damage.
Savage Strike
A charged melee attack that deals high physical damage and staggers. This can be blocked.
Captivate
The Storm Incarnate extends its hand out and lifts its target off the ground using shock energy, choking and incapacitating them, dealing continuous moderate shock damage. Break Free can be used, or another ally can interrupt the Storm Incarnate.
Tidal Wave
The Storm Incarnate infuses its hand with water energy, and shoots it forward at its target, indicated by a red rectangle, dealing high shock damage and knocking them down.
Roving Thunder
The Storm Incarnate raises its hand up and shoots a bolt of lightning that lands into the arena, indicated by a slowly moving large red circle, which causes thunderbolts to strike back to back, each dealing moderate shock damage. After the second vessel is destroyed and onward, two moving circles are cast at the same time. After the third vessel is destroyed and onward, every time this ability is used, an Air Atronach is summoned.
Dazzling Leap
The Storm Incarnate jumps into the sky, like a warpriest, and crashes back down at its target's location, dealing high shock damage and stunning affected targets. After the first vessel is destroyed, shocking swirls are created by the impact, which shoot outward, indicated by red circles, dealing moderate shock damage and staggering. After the third vessel is destroyed and onward, two clones of the Storm Incarnate appear and perform the same ability alongside the real Storm Incarnate, though their version doesn't have the after effect.
