Soritirmo is a High Elf merchant who can be found at Sarandel's Carnival, by the road from Haven to Elden Root.

Dialogue

When spoken to prior to completing the quest, he says:

"I don't even mind that we're not drawing in the crowds yet. I needed a break from that repetitive windbag, Noryon."

When spoken to after providing Noryon new stories to tell, he says:

"I can't tell you how glad I am that you found that guy some new stories to tell. I don't think I could've handled any of the old ones one more time."
