Sihadid is an undead Redguard mage found at the ruins located just outside the Seeker's Archive. He uses a mix of frost mage and fire mage abilities. He guards the northeastern seal.

Sihadid raises his staff in the air, causing a large amount of fire to fall from the sky onto the arena, indicated by very large and overlapping circular red AoEs, dealing very high continuous flame damage. The AoEs all fall on and around him, making melee combat inadvisable until the AoEs have gone away.

Awaken Allies

Sihadid raises his staff again, this time causing your screen to blur a little, which is an indication that one of the groups of Anka-Ra initially found dormant around the arena has awaken to join the fight. They have low health and can be killed quickly however, and Sihadid remains vulnerable during this animation.
