Sigva is a Nord beggar who can be found living in Kvatch with her dog, Gristle. She is found between Abelle and Flora's Houses. She has a bedroll behind Flora's House, between the building and the city's wall. Beside it is a sack, a bowl of stew, and a piece of spoiled food.

"Greetings! Oh, don't mind Gristle—he's gentle as a lamb. Unless you've got food. Or you look him in the eye. Or you move too quickly. Or you smell like a horse … he hates horses.

"You seen anything suspicious? The Order of the Hour is supposed to keep us safe, but there are evil forces at work in Kvatch. Good thing I've got such a talented mutt. If there's a dark plot, Gristle will sniff it out."
