The scholar's apprentice Shiri has studied a book from among Alasan's possessions. Shiri suggests I begin my search for the third Ansei Ward in HoonDing's Watch.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Shiri at Tava's Blessing.
- Talk to Priestess Sermenh at HoonDing's Watch.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Talk to Shiri and she suggest you visit HoonDing's Watch to consult with Priestess Sermenh about the location of one of the Ansei Wards. The ruins of HoonDing's Watch can be found far to the south of Tava's Blessing, just following the southeast road and you should arrive at the ruins. You can find an elderly woman in rags milling around on the outskirts of HoonDing's Watch. Speaking with her, she will however know nothing about the missing Ansei ward, nor indeed about Shiri. You appear to have been sent on a wild goose chase.
But nearby a familiar face can be found, Throne Keeper Farvad is waiting to talk to you and can start you on the March of the Ra Gada.
Notes[edit]
- This quest is only available if you have not started Amputating the Hand.

* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,

) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
