The Prowler Dread Halcyon

The Prowler, a beached ship in the Shattered Shoals

The Shattered Shoals are a series of shipwrecks on the western coast of Khenarthi's Roost. The shipwrecks here are all the result of a recent hurricane near the island. Sergeant Firion will ask you to search for her missing crew when you first arrive at the beach.

Partway along the beach, beneath the Temple of the Dark Moon, lies a cave where one of the survivors of the shipwrecks hoped to find shelter. Unfortunately, the cave is home to giant snakes. Further north along the coastline is The Prowler, the only ship which has weathered the storm comparatively well.

To the north and west of The Prowler, Sea Viper pirates pick through the wreckage of other ships, including the wreck of the Gold Fleet flagship, the Dread Halcyon, on the large island to the northwest. Jyklos, the Maormer leading the Sea Vipers in this area, can be found on the deck of the flagship during the related quest.

A Skyshard can be found on a small island between the two ships.
