Severin Charnis

Severin Charnis is a Breton necromancer member of the Covenant. He is responsible for the raising of the dead at Skyshroud Barrow. In his past, he was discharged from his position in the Lion Guard for practicing the foul art of necromancy. However, he was handed over to the general in charge of the invasion of Bleakrock, to be put to use however he saw fit.
